Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Seam Fishing Gear Ltd. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Service Providers: We primarily use Canada Post / DHL / UPS / FedEx.

4. Duties, Customs, and Taxes (Crucial)

Seam Fishing Gear Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Important: If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to PO boxes on a case by case basis. Please reach out prior to your order to confirm. 

7. Damages and Lost Packages

Seam Fishing Gear Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
